Vlieseline Invisible seam Tape (also: 'Perfect Hem') consists of two strips of thin and flexible fusible tape, which are sewn together along one side with a row of blind stitches, with the adhesive side facing out. Ideal for the simple and quick application of beautiful seams in blouses, shirts, dresses, skirts, jackets and coats - no need to sew! Suitable for all fabrics. The tape is made from 100% polyester and is washable up to 30°C. Vlieseline Perfect Hem is 30mm wide.

APPLICATION OF VLIESELINE PERFECT HEM

Finish the hem edge, iron in a hem (at least 4cm), open the hem back up and insert Perfect Hem. The thin side should be facing up, the visible blind stitch facing the hem and the invisible side facing outwards. Place a damp cloth over it and press the band piece by piece on the fabric for about 10 seconds (iron setting 2-3 dots).
